"This was a great place to stay. The check in process was very smooth and she was so accommodating! The host bought new chairs and had them delivered for us very quickly. The kitchen is fully stocked and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The size of the house was just right for the 4 of us. Very close to the beaches. Pool was great. The shower in the master bedroom is pretty small. If your big & tall it can be challenging. But overall a very nice place. If you have any problems the owner answers pretty quickly. "

Our host was very pleasant and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going well and we had everything we needed. "This was a wonderful house! It was super clean and the decor and furnishings were all up to date. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you would need. The pool is super conveniently located and the walk to the beach is super short on a nice sandy walkway. We are planning to stay here again when we return to Gulf Shores"

"I stayed at this hotel recently, and the lobby service was very poor. The woman who checked me in was rude and unwelcoming. Later that night, I asked about coffee, and the man at the front desk didn’t even respond verbally, he only used gestures and didn’t acknowledge me properly, which felt very disrespectful. Breakfast lacked variety and was almost the same every day. The only highlight was two members of the breakfast staff, especially a Hispanic lady who was very kind and attentive. Overall, if you are looking for friendly service, this is not the place. I would not stay here again."
