The house is very spacious and in a nice neighborhood. The neighborhood is nice to walk in and very close to pastures with cows milling about. Quite pleasant. Very well suited for families. Not a party house but a family house. The kitchen has quite a few cooking supplies such as pots, pans, and serving bowls. We rented the house over the holidays and it worked out well for family gatherings of eight people. The host had a number of nice touches like snacks, coffee and soft drinks provided. Photos of the house in the listing are accurate, but the three beds listed as double beds are actually twin-size beds and would only sleep one person, not two. I would give this house the highest marks except for one issue that was major for us. Although the rules say no smoking, the house had the strong odor of tobacco smoke, especially in a few of the bedrooms, like the home hosted regular smokers.
