"Very clean and comfortable house on the Kaweah River. The house is about 15 minutes the Sequoia Gate. The house was very nice…not a deal breaker but there is no dishwasher. It was just my husband and i but if there is a family that’s quite a bit of dishes to wash. Again, great house. "

That being said we were the only ones on the property. This unit is attached to the main house which is very large. I am doubtful that the unit would be quiet if the main house was occupied.
