"I stayed here for three and it was a terrible experience. This property is poorly maintained and, frankly, a health hazard. Bed Bug Infestation: The most serious issue was the bed bugs. I was bitten in multiple places throughout my stay. This is completely unacceptable. Filthy Conditions: The room was covered in dust, the floors were dirty, and the bed sheets provided were stained/soiled. The kitchen, bathroom, and common areas were also in a disgusting state. "Lovely hotel and grounds. Spotlessly clean, warm and inviting modern double bedroom. Very dog friendly hotel- great! Lovely setting. Polite reception staff. "It was a quirky and pleasant little studio. Comfortable bed, tea, coffee and milk were supplied along with some crisps and chocolate which was a nice touch. We were travelling with our dog but did not let him the garden, we could have, but did not want him diving in the pond!"
