We had a fun visit and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the spaciousness and location of the house. Unfortunately, the downstairs AC broke and couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The refrigerator was not cooling properly. We had to throw away a lot of food. The cleaners had not done a great job of keeping the properly in good condition. I would love to rate this property as a 10, but I just can’t. We paid a lot of money for the AC and refrigerator to not be working properly.The host was very responsive and stayed in communication with us throughout the stay. Some things were beyond her control.

Mattresses were stained to the point they should be thrown away. Landscaping needed touching up. Floors were dirty. Not enough toliet paper. Cleaning was sub par. All A/C vents had black dust or mold growing on them. Why is hot tub listed in the amenities? Now the kitchen was stocked decently with pots n pans, plenty of hot water for a house that size. Nice neighborhood. Pool was smaller than expected and filled with alot of bugs like filter wasnt working. Anyway if u have a big crew u can get by here but should be a cheaper rental

Great location and neighborhood

Our family came to a wedding in Eustis, Fl. The house was very accommodating for 15 people . We enjoyed our stay and were extremely comfortable with layout of the home. The neighborhood is quiet , easy to navigate and central to restaurants and shops. Overall, a very nice place.

Great area and spacious house

We really enjoyed the area/location of the house. We stayed here with 2 other families over July 4th. There were plenty of places to go and see fireworks. Lake Eustis Waterfront Grille was a great nearby restaurant. The house was spacious for everyone. We enjoyed the pool as well. There is only a single keurig for coffee pods which isn't ideal for multiple coffee drinkers. The kitchen is a little sparse on tools/mixing bowls/etc. We did have some bugs on the ceiling and bedroom window sills that might be native to the area/time of year. Overall, the stay was pleasant and the owner does respond very quickly.

Family reunion

My extended family, my parents, 3 siblings and our children (13 of us) got together for a week. This house was perfect for our needs. The pool was just what the kids and adults needed. It was a beautiful place to just hang out and be together!

Great house for family gatherings

This house was really well maintained and a lovely gathering spot for our family. The only crazy thing was the giant swarm of No-See-em's - the literally covered everything outside. Not the owner's fault at all - but honestly off putting. Thank goodness for the screens around the pool area. Kids loved playing all day!

Very spacious for large family

Our family stayed here for our daughters wedding weekend. The property is very large And had plenty of room for us all. The main rooms of the house are decorated nicely, and the backyard is lovely. We did have a few issues, but I can tell you that the owner was extremely responsive, and quick to handle any item that came up. I have communicated with her separately about some items. When we arrive, the pool was not very clean, which we had seen in another post, she had someone there looking at it before I even returned back from our event for the day, which made the family very happy. The bedrooms have room for improvement with their decor, but I believe it’s time goes on this Owner will continue to improve upon her rental. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, with her responsiveness and help helpfulness, in addition to the comfort of the house and the fun that our family had there with the pool table and the pool and the great tv. I would definitely recommend this house. If you do plan on doing a lot of cooking within the home, I would reach out to the owner to make sure she has certain items that you need, but again, I’m expecting her to keep increasing her amenities as time goes on in the house.

Family wedding

Overall property fit our needs very well. Spacious for our family gathering. Sleeping 2 adults on futons tight-children OK. Small children's play set & area in back looks like it needs care- appears may not be safe for children. Sliding glass door to pool was extremely hard to open and close-needs to be addressed. If using front room off entrance for sleeping would be nice to have curtains on the glass door for privacy. Small hotel sized bar soap in bathrooms would be helpful for 1st night. Overall very nice property and we enjoyed our stay. It worked well for our family gathering.

Excellent

This was the perfect home for our stay. With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it gave us all of the space we needed for our large group. The host was excellent in responding quickly and completely to all of my questions before our stay. The pool was a nice add, and we were able to enjoy it for a few hours in between wedding events. We would stay there again should the need ever arise!

Family get a way

Disappointing

Garbage disposal and dishwasher did not work, making the sink overflow onto the floor. They should have told us so we could have cancelled. Pool cloudy. No kitchen dish soap to wash dishes, no hand soap in bathroom downstairs, no towels for bathroom down stairs. upstairs masters bathroom also leaked. linens lacking. very disappointing.

So can you message the lady from the house with our pros and cons of the house? Pros- House is pretty Lots of room Pool was nice on second day but only got last night because it was so gross (we do appreciate them fixing it but it still sucks since we picked it for the pool) Cons: Not a very well stocked kitchen Dishwasher was broken and taped shut when it states there was one on the listing Water leaked onto floor from dishwasher last night and it was a horrible smell. Also exposed wires in downstairs bedroom on the floor between the beds

The house was very nice. The only complaint would be there was not much parking, but we didn't have any issues with neighbors with parking and we did everything we could to park close to house.

Pleasant stay

We came to town for our daughter's wedding in Mount Dora and had multiple family members to accommodate. This house did not let us down. It is very spacious and clean with a modern feel. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to come together and prepare our meals and enjoy them together. Kids loved the game room. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a pool and play area for smaller children. I was concerned since it was in a community with close neighbors and we had multiple cars and had multiple people in and out through the 4days we were there, but all went well. The contact person answered my questions very promptly and was super nice and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Decent place

Property is perfect for a large group in terms of bedrooms, living room, bathrooms and kitchen. Other than a decent coffee maker, kitchen utensils. plates, cookware, etc. were sparse. There was no extra toilet paper or paper towels.

Eustis house with pool and outdoor lounge area

My family of 9 adults stayed at this house which had 7 bedrooms. Very nice space to gather.We had a family funeral and we all came from different states to be together. The pool and outdoor furniture was so peaceful. We played card games on the table outside. Very clean. Owner was very responsive to any calls or questions. Only suggestions would be more lighting in bedrooms and maybe a book in house with instructions Was glad we stayed there ,would rent again
