"The house is lovely, exceptionally clean, comfortable and a great location. It was perfect for our time in Eustis at the Lake County Fair Beef Breeding and Steer Shows. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool due to early mornings and late nights at the fair. Communication with the host was exceptional. Would highly recommend this property!"

"The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. "Safety risks with the outdoor space, pool apron, damaged decking, back door railing held together with electrical tape. The photos of this property, particularly the outdoor areas do not match what is there. The grounds were not being maintained. The house was clean. The ceiling fans and motors need to be cleaned particularly the one in the bathroom off the kitchen. Need privacy curtains where day bed is, truly not available for someone to sleep there. Shower rod in bath between bedrooms needs...

"The location is great for downtown Mount Dora and the house is clean and nicely decorated. The house has a strong musty smell and the AC does not keep the house properly cooled. Aside from those two challenges, it’s a nice place to stay. "
