  • LAKESIDE. Dúplex de dos habitaciones semi-aisladas junto al lago con camas King y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene baño privado y TV de 19 pulgadas. Dormitorio de invitados con TV de 25 pulgadas. La sala tiene un sofá cama Queen, CHIMENEA, puertas corredizas de vidrio a la terraza privada, TV LED de pantalla plana de 42 pulgadas, VCR, DVD y boom box. El DECK OVERLOOKS LA PAZ SERENIDAD DEL LAGO con la isla al fondo y tiene una puerta contigua al # 4 para grupos. Gran patio con mucho espacio para que jueguen los niños. Rodeado de arboles y campos abiertos. Camine 100 yardas hacia el agua y pesque desde la orilla o lance una canoa (canoa no incluida). Sendero pavimentado al borde del patio. Parrilla de gas. NO FUMAR. ¡Juntos, las tres propiedades de Blue Water Drive dormirán un total de 18 invitados! Acceso gratuito a WIFI proporcionado.

Enjoyed the property and location.

Nice place, good hiking trail, close to water, and easy to get to Eureka Springs. Our dogs enjoyed their first vacation with us. Quiet place to stay. Board games were fun to play.

Fabulous place to stay.

The duplex is nice and clean and sits in a quiet neighborhood that's wooded. There was lots of wildlife and the lake is close and absolutely gorgeous We loved the back deck and had three young buck deer come and eat right by the porch.

Fun time

The property is very clean but outdated. Beds are noisy but big. Great view and access to lake and trails. Wasp nest outside front door. Quiet area.

The property was as described with the exception of the dead bolt which was broken and a strong mildew/mold smell that required us to leave after one night due to allergies. The hosts did bring an air purifier very promptly when asked but it did not help enough. The air conditioner worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. A quick glance did not identify the walking path but we got there during a rain shower and left by 1000 the next morning. The host did offer us another property to stay at but we had already booked another place not realizing the host had multiple properties.

Blue Ridge

We’ve stayed at this same location for the last 4 years. I’m not sure if duplexes were sold but it looked to us that someone was living in one of the duplex. The porch was cluttered up and several dogs were in and out of it. If this is the case thenmost likely we will not be staying here anymore. I’m really saddened to see this happen because we loved the location and being by the lake. 😔

Pictures Are Old

The pictures are old. You cannot see the water from the deck anymore. Grass and other areas are grown up so high you can’t get to the walking trail without fear of getting chiggers. Permanent neighbors at the back of home have loud dogs that bark and smell bad. Inside of home smells like dirty dog and you get hair all over you if you sit on the furniture. Positive is that the air conditioner works great and was clean other than smell and dog hair. I needed the host and it took forever to get a call back. Probably won’t stay again.

Our stay was okay, but not worth the amount we paid. I’ll start with the positives — proximity to water, walking trail, size of unit, W/D, plenty of sheets and towels, and we felt safe in the area. As for the negatives, the lawn around the property wasn’t mowed, the unit smelled musty (especially one of the bedrooms that had a dehumidifier running in it), the carpet was in bad shape, and communication with the host was poor on both check-in and check-out. For example, we weren’t sent the code for the lockbox and had to call twice after we arrived before someone picked up and gave it to us. As an aside, our view when leaving every day was of another unit, the residents of which left their dogs’ fecal matter spread all over the ramp outside their back door (poor dogs).

This place is a slice of heaven. Quite and beautiful. The condo is a little outdated but the beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. Everything you need to take a relaxing break! Thank you so much!

Comfortable and clean

The place was easy to find and enter. It was clean and comfortable for us. Only complaint was barely enough silverware to have a meal. Beds were comfortable but made noise when you sat or moved on them. Might cause a problem for light sleepers.

Renewed peace, relaxing, and refreshing.

We wanted a place where we could unwind, forget about the outside world for a few days. This place was almost perfect. Would have liked to be spared further away from neighboring houses, and a wider path to the lake with a place to sit. But overall this place gave us the much need break and time with old friends!

Nice place

The place was nice and clean. Decor is very outdated but otherwise everything was good. Our only complaint is the shower in the master bathroom had very little pressure so it was difficult to get the shampoo out of your hair. The walk down to the water was easy and it was nice to sit on the deck in the evening and watch the sunset.

This place was awful. As several of the reviewers say everything is outdated. What they don't say is that the furniture and carpet are about 40 years outdated. There is the strong smell of dog urine.

It’s not 1985 any more

Rental was clean except for the bathtub and the carpet. Place needs to be updated. Old brown shag carpet, torn couch, wall hangings from my Great Aunt Ethel’s house. Kitchen clean but tubs have dirty caulk and rust all around the doors. Put some money into the property! It’s a business. Invest and maintain!!! Easy check in and out. Nice view. Mismatched bedding with torn bed skirt not too inviting.
