It was very nice. Just need a kitchen sink to wash dishes. A bigger fridge. It was quiet and relaxing. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice place to stay for the price.

The kitchenette was unorganized and lacked sufficient drinking glasses, coffee, tea. Lacked instructions for using remotes and electric skillet. Very clean and good location. Closed to the lake for water recreation. Hot tub and A/C worked great during heat wave. Very quiet wooded area. Lots of wildlife and birds.

Our stay was great! Clean spacious cabin. Hosts were wonderful!! Only complaint is the shared wall to the cabin attached to ours is PAPER THIN! The second night the couple staying there were fighting and we could hear everything. Mostly F bombs!! After 45 minutes my husband went over there and they quieted down after that. Spoke to the property manager and he said if it happened again to text them no matter what time.

We are extremely happy with our stay! The cabin was perfect. Clean, quaint and just the right distance from downtown Eureka Springs. Tammy and Chris made it super easy to checkin and out. Definitely will stay there again in our next trip!

We loved staying here! It was the perfect little cabin. Close enough to downtown Eureka but far enough to get away from the heavy traffic. It was a little piece of heaven. We will be staying here again when we return to Eureka Springs!

Everything was great, very clean and comfortable! I wish the walls were a little thicker. We heard the neighbors next door, but they were extremely loud! This place was great for my wife and I anniversary.

Two night getaway.
We enjoyed our brief stay. It was close to Beaver Lake and Dam and 15-20 minutes away from Eureka Springs. Last section of road and the driveway leading up to the unit was a unpaved. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The cabin appeared to be clean, but there was hair in the corners of the bathroom and there was dead insects in the cabin, like it hasn't been swapped. It tells us that we have to make sure and clean the cabin before we leave, I get that, but if that has to happen, why do we pay a cleaning fee, All of the towels has to be hung up and dry, which makes no since to me. Couldn't get half of the lights to work, and they said there was Soap, pans, ect and there was not nothing to cook on but a grill. We had to do dishes either in the bathtub or the bathroom sink. It is about 3.5 miles out of town, and there is no taxi, Uber or lift that comes out there. Probably won't stay at these cabins again. It was very disappointing to us.

True romantic getaway.
The cabin was very secluded. When we first got there we were kinda nervous Because the property wasn’t in the best of shape. Upon check in we were talking with the owners and come to find out they just bought and took over the property 2 days prior. Once we got inside the cabin it was nice and pretty clean. The owners made sure we didn’t need anything. We did have a hick up with the heater but the owners were on top of everything and took care of the issue. The new owners do plan on fixing up the property and expanding which I can’t wait for that to happen. The owners truly do care about their guest and even helped us build a fire Friday night. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy the peace and quiet. There are only 5 cabins so hardly any traffic, people coming and going, no loud parties. We stayed in cabin #4.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were there during an extremely cold (sub zero) weekend and the heater in the cabin was just not able to keep up with the cold. We really liked our cabin and would book this location again when it was warm outside.

The view on the property was beautiful. Slightly challenging to get to as we got in to town at dark but so worth it. We had a great time. Wonderfully clean and the jacuzzi tub was an absolute win. We will be back!

Pleasant but smoky.
This is a very nice place, however the first night, the room we were attached to was a smoking room, I guess. The neighbors smoke was coming through the wall and I am highly allergic. I could also tell that they were smoking more than just cigarettes. However they left, and our stay the next night was very nice. Also, I tried to call the people who own the place and they did not answer our phone calls and it sounds like if you use Hotels.com. they screen that call. I finally figured everthing out by a past e-mail.

The property is in a quite and BEAUTIFUL location away from all the busy of Eureka Springs, but it is still close enough it’s not inconvenient to travel to any of the attractions around. Everything was so nice. The only “fault” would be if you rely on Wi-Fi, it’s not a strong source of internet due to the location of the cabins, it was also pouring rain many times so that could have played a few factors as well! Totally worth the stay here though, we will be returning!
