"The management was very professional, welcoming and organized. The property itself was very nice. Newly remodeled older home. Lots of great amenities. Nice big back yard for my dog to potty and play.Ocean a bit far with a dirt area with tractors in the view. But still pretty.Even though the house was nice, the rest of the neighborhood was very eerie. Many abandoned and falling apart homes. "Overall we were slightly disappointed (is there a better word?). I realize we didn't pay for a 500 place, so we shouldn't expect that. The floors were a kind of dirty, but everything else seemed clean. The age of the place shows. It is nothing more or less than stated, but the story told isn't the reality I expected (my fault for reading more into it).The third bedroom is really a living room (as stated) with a strange couch (we thought fold out sleeper sofa). It slept fine but had no sheets...

"We enjoyed our stay very much in this perfectly located home. Everything was walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the farmers market. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was a beautiful garden which you can enjoy sitting the deck with chairs and loungers as well as a bbq grill to just relax outside. "
