"The neighborhood is in a good walking area, but a little desolate. The heating, cleanliness, water pressure, WiFi were all great. The kitchen was basic and the neighborhood didn’t have amazing food options, but it was a great launching pad for exploring Arcata, Clam Beach, Trinidad and the state parks."

"Loved our stay in the little pink bungalow! It was super clean and cozy, the decor was lovely, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The manager was great at answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. We had fun in the game garage. I would definitely stay here again! Another plus was that Eureka was central to all our redwood explorations, and there are great restaurants in town. "

"This house was perfect for my friend and I. We like a lot of personal space and comfort. The location is great! Centrally located from Old Town, the zoo and easy to get to Hwy 101. We had a little trouble getting the TV on at first and then turning it off again. Maybe the remote needs new batteries? If not, some instructions would be good. I would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the house and location. The house is nicely furnished and decorated. The generous deck made for relaxing times in between sampling the area’s delicious food and friendly service. The dune trails and beach right across the street were a great place to walk dogs and yourself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"It’s basically one room and I imagine it started life as a garage. But I found it clean and comfortable and welcoming. I sure I hope I can stay here next time. I’ve stayed in other places in Eureka and they were kinda worn down by moisture and age. This place felt fresh. There’s a gas fireplace and a gas heater. The hot water is good. Lots of outlets (would be nice to add an outlet with USB port). From what I saw the dishes were nice. Hosts right next door and accessible. "

"This is our second stay at this cottage. It's very quiet in location. Our host is a lovely lady and very accommodating. The cottage was clean and stocked with supplies to help if you forget something. There's a small kitchenette and nice bath with shower. The decor is beach appropriate and very stylish. I would highly recommend this cottage to a couple wanting timr away."
