"We had an excellent stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located - just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free, making the whole experience very enjoyable. The reason I gave 4 stars overall is because I wish the garden was fenced or separated for each room. "Loved everything about Mingara. The accommodation was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had undercover security parking which is a big plus for me. The Mingara club experience was excellent also. We had breakfast and dinner there. Service each morning for breakfast was very good and the food was very nice. "Location was good, a short walk to Gosford RSL and other places for food, shopping etc. Short drive to main centre of Gosford. Was a 2 night stay and room and bed comfortable. Pool looks nice however Winter stay we did not use. Check in and out very simple. Nice staff. We will stay here again in the future."

"Where to begin. The room (20) was spacious in the corner with two large windows. The en-suite was clean with plenty of beach space. The bed was comfortable. RSL next door had good food but oh so loud. That’s where it ends. If you want white towels and sheets don’t stay here. Especially the sheets. Mid grey in colour and not ironed. Towels were on the older side and light grey. The black mould on the curtains and blinds was terrible."

"A fabulous stay at Brooklyn motel, super clean and very well stocked with everything you need. Only 3 mins walk from station, across the road from the pub and so many experiences to do around Brooklyn, oyster tour, river postman tour, and Davao island. Highly recommend this comfortable, clean and friendly hotel."

"It’s a very spacious, quite and clean place. The surrounding area is beautiful. We stayed for two nights and are really impressed by what we got. It has all the amenities we need, the host provided plenty of tea, coffee, snacks, fruits, and a loaf of bread with a variety of jam and spread. We would definitely go back if we need to stay in that area again."
