"Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. "

"Nice location, on-site parking makes it easy. Property is equipped with a number of family friendly items like a high chair, childrens cutlery cups and plates, lots of books and large travel cot. All of which were very welcome."
