"The home was wonderful and Joan was very responsive to questions and provided all information needed for smooth checkin. My son and I enjoyed the pool every day. This home is very spacious and nicely appointed. It had.everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Best of all it was a short drive to family we were visiting and has great access to freeways and tons of local shopping and dining options. "

"We stayed at this property over spring break with family and friends. When looking at properties; we were looking for a property between certain ballparks. This property was right in the middle, and great location. We enjoyed the neighborhood, accessibility to ballparks, grocery stores, restaurants and breweries. The backyard was awesome, our teens enjoyed corn hole along with the pool, and the adults enjoyed the bar area and the pool. We felt like we were at home in this property. "

"This house was perfect! I stayed here with a few friends and we all felt that this house was a perfect house for relaxing and unwinding after a long day exploring Phoenix. The interior design was very unique and slightly 70’s, but that really appeals to my tastes."

"Our family from all over the country came together to celebrate our granddaughter’s college graduation. This home worked great for us. Had plenty of room for everyone and the pool and backyard were great. Thanks for making our celebration special."

These days so many rentals are managed by someone other than the owner and it sort of defeats the point of this Vrbo approach.
