Somewhat displeased
Listing of property was mostly accurate. It does not state that it is a duplex and you might be sharing the house with others. House was very clean but the sanitation chemicals that were used left an oder that didnt go away for a couple of days. King bed in master bedroom needs a new mattress. Two very worn out buffalo wallows as my wife called them on either side of the bed. We slept sideways so as not to sink into the holes. We are coffee drinkers so were surprised there was not a coffee pot available. There was a tea kettle and instant coffee but no coffee pot. Good thing for the dollar general we were able to have our coffee. If you go during the cold months that requires you to use the furnace do not expect a hot shower for everyone. We were four adults and staying there for 4 nights and only had one hot shower each the rest was hurry up showers with cold water.
If you have to have phone service this is not the place for you. They have internet and a land line but NO CELL phone service.
If you have read this far then you are probably still considering to rent this place. DON'T you probably want be happy and there are other places with same views and better amenities.
