Our church used this space for our youth retreat and it was the perfect size for our group (19 students and 7 leaders). The property has beautiful views of the mountains and the outdoor space was great for our meal time. Would highly recommend for a large group gathering.

We had a micro wedding here and it was perfect! The pictures don't do the property justice. The space was clean and spread out so that all of our guests had their own space. There was so much wildlife that joined throughout the weekend which was amazing. A

Kitchen was fully stocked with good quality cookware, dinner ware, 2 baby high chairs. Pleanty of games and rooms. Lots of outdoor heaters and fire pits

Excellent Property

We stayed in all 3 cabins for a family reunion. They were all clean, well-stocked and comfortable. The patio and fire pit were amazing! We spent the majority of our time there. Beautiful views and within walking distance of the Estes tram. We would definitely recommend. Host was very responsive to my questions.

Great Property

Great location and we had everything we needed. Saw wildlife behind property. Quick response from manager when I had a question. Overall amazing! Best of all is that it fit 4 families all of us had kids and was such a fun time being all together!

We booked this property for a wedding celebration and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The three houses on the property were perfect for our group — spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to a high chair and pack and play for the kids. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the location is both scenic and convenient.Communication with the property manager was exceptional from start to finish. They even offered a tour before our stay, which was so helpful, and were quick to respond to any questions leading up to and during the event. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for a special weekend and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful experience. We got married on the property and could not be happier with it. We had mule deer bed down during our ceremony and had an elk come across the property on the first day! Easily accessible to local amenities. If I had to leave any feedback is make sure you understand there is no central air before booking this. We stayed in October but some of the upstairs rooms get warmer. For me, that was not as obvious as I would have liked when booking. Hosts were great with communication, simple check out process.

This was the perfect spot for our family reunion! My family rented the lodge and had 23 people stay the weekend and hosted a party on the patio for 40 ppl. Pros: all the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens were very clean; ample parking for a big crowd; the patio was awesome, especially the grill area with great stainless steel prep tables and all the seating and heaters were fantastic; the kitchen pans, serving dishes, and plentiful cooking Utensils were in great shape and made hosting a crowd easy. The mattresses and bed linens were all very nice and comfortable. Lack of Hot water was never an issue during the weekend despite the plentiful bathrooms.We loved the main lodge with the rustic log interior. Finally, the location was great. It was easy to find and within walking distance to restaurants and a few shops. Cons: the main living area in the primary lodge is small. Thank goodness the weather was beautiful and we were able to have our party outside because inside would have been too crowded due to choppiness of the main floor. The front entry for the main lodge leads straight into the kitchen, which was challenging when prepping food for a crowd. The kitchen is also very dated however the ample and very new pans, dishes, and serving items made up for it! Overall, we loved our stay and had a fabulous weekend!

Great setting for wedding weekend with both families!

Plenty of room for all our families and guests. Patio provided a beautiful spot for reception and celebration. Hosts were great to work with. We got there early and were able to get in. If looking to rent for large group, may want to be aware that the bunk beds in the Longview are not in a private room. So Longview is really more a3bed unit. Same in the Haven, one set of bunk beds is in the porch area and not private. We made it work with a bit of shifting! Great place for large group!

Really enjoyed are stay! Perfect for a family reunion. Everyone could stay at the property. Got a bit warm so would have liked a few more fans. A few of the windows didn't work great. But really, it was pretty perfect.

Had our small intimate wedding here in May, Jesse was amazing at communicating before hand and allowing us to come look at the property multiple times before our stay. The location is perfect right outside RMNP allowing easy access to the park. The cabins were perfect for about 25 people staying there, they were clean and plenty of space for everyone. Great patio space for family meals, multiple kitchens, and plenty of outdoor space for relaxing.

Loved this place!! We did an intimate wedding in Rocky National Park with our family and this place was absolutely perfect!! So much space for everyone and amazing amenities. Already talking about rebooking for future family trips!

Thank you so much for allowing us to celebrate our daughter and new son in law on this beautiful property. The timely communication w host Jesse was so helpful in my planning. The lodges were clean and spacious not to mention well stocked! Our guests enjoyed a weekend of fun and a very special welcome dinner for the couple’s wedding weekend! Thanks again!
