"I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!"

"Excellent and prompt communication from booking to checkout. Centrally located to many restraunts, shops, and bars. Super clean and well appointed place that won't disappoint. Excellent launching pad to see peaceful side of the Smokies."

"Super cute and a very convenient place to stay. Hosts were great to work with and we had no issues in general with the property. 4 star is subjective. The unit has a unique smell, neither good nor bad, but while we were inside we both kept sneezing a lot. Not sure if maybe there was a cat there prior or something else. "
