"The building is beautiful, as is the park. I think the staff who checked us in need to improve their customer service. However, the restaurant staff and checkout staff were wonderful. The hotel smells awful, and the room cleaning is terrible. It's a great shame since the building is beautiful and the natural surroundings are a unique wonder. I hope the hotel's management improves its cleanliness and renovates the facilities. The hotel has beautiful surrounding areas, but they literally look abandoned. The visitor center is beautiful, as is the natural beauty of the place. It's truly a great shame that the hotel is so dirty and abandoned."

"El problema no fue la propiedad ,el problema fue que expidia no reportó mi reservacion y gracias que había habitación disponible pude reservar una y no perder mi viaje,jamás expidia reportó mi hospedaje y espero que no me cobren el dinero ,la peor opinion la tengo de expidia no del hotel "

"Al momento del check in aproximadamente a las 9:00 pm no había nadie en el front desk. El empleado cuando apareció tenía cara de dormido. No nos dijo sobre la hora del desayuno y luego cuando llamamos y fuimos al front desk nadie apareció. El desayuno muy pobre. Lamentable porque me había quedado en otros Country Inn y habían sido excelentes. "
