We booked with Expedia a round trip from Puerto Rico to St Thomas to work at St John. I choose to add two nights stay at St John Inn and It exceeded our expectations! "Beautiful home with a great view of Cruz Bay. Communication with the host/property manager was very good. There were coolers, ice packs, snorkel gear, pool noodles (great to use while snorkeling) and chairs available to use which was very helpful. Kids loved the pool. Definitely helpful to have a jeep as it is on a steep road. House is towards the top of the road shortly after the pavement ends and it turns into a dirt road. "

"Our villa was ideally located such that we could easily walk into Cruz Bay to visit the National Park Visitor Center, shop, eat, sight see, and grab a shuttle to the beautiful St. John beaches! The villa was clean, well maintained and had a stunning view of Cruz Bay! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The villa complex was quiet and lovely. It truly was an ideal location for our St. John adventures! Highly recommended!!!"

"Seagrape Vista was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in - super clean and new. The rooms were airy and spacious plus a full kitchen. The pool area was also very well maintained and had a storage area stocked with everything we needed for the beach - chair cushions, towels, snorkels, beach chairs and coolers. It is a quick walk into Cruz Bay (7-10 mins) that’s a little longer on the way back due to a steep hill. There is plenty of parking for rental cars too. The host was very responsive and...

"The owners truly made this condo feel like home, not a bare bones rental. Beautiful view of all the boats in and out of the bay. Plenty of beach gear, towels, etc.. I let them know it was our first time on the island and they were very helpful with tips and information. The unit was so convenient to everything in Cruz Bay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book with these owners again. "
