"The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom nice. Air conditioning was good and the wifi excellent. I was very happy and relaxed in the room and found good dining options nearby. There is also a 7-11 nearby for quick snack options. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice and clean. The 2 bedrooms and living room unit is huge comparable to other hotel in the Taipei. Love to stay here, highly recommended. But watch out for your check in/out. They use the self check in/out kiosk here which does work at all. When check in, it would not accept my credit card. When checkout, it would accept it own room card return. And at 5am, no one there to help you out."

The staff were so incredibly helpful with suggestions of where to go/visit, what night markets to eat at, must see tourist attractions. Also provided detailed instructions to assist catching buses and metros. Finally arranged a taxi to/from the airport for me. Just an amazing stay."
