"I feel that the pictures portrayed the property incorrectly. It made the rooms look larger and brighter, when in reality it was dark and dingy. One of the people in our property had to defrost the freezer cause it was interfering in the fridge cooking and we couldn't fit anything in the freezer. One bathroom had loose tiles and a slug came in thru the tile and kept going back in where it came from. Back yard was fake grass and very weedy so you couldn't walk around. The mattresses were all futon...

"The hosts were friendly and responsive. I had booked the house knowing there were extra rooms for options should there be a need to change beds for any of the guests. However, only three rooms were offerred with the other rooms locked and unusable. The house needed some additional care and could have been better cleaned. "

"Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again."
