Apartamentos en Estación de metro Sudstern U-Bahn

"Céntrico"

"I wasn't a fan of the neighborhood since there was a sign posted about a string of burglarys as well as there was dirty tissues under the bed. The toilet is almost touching the wall in front of it so you can't even sit down properly, not all lights worked nor the plugs. Bottom line. Pictures are deceiving on site."

"Decent area, clean spacious apartment"

"Mostly great, but the top apartment got pretty hot during our July/August stay. No easy way to cross-ventilate means the single fan had a hard time distributing cool outdoor night air."

"Great apartment which is really central so in walking distance for many attractions. New, nice and clean in a nice area. Communication was really good and he replied quickly on any questions. "

"Sehr ruhige Unterkunft ebenerdig im Hinterhof. Saubere Zimmer in vermüllter Gegend (Kottusser Tor). Gute Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn) ab Kottbusser Tor. Supermärkte in der Nähe. Sehr sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermietung."

"The apartment was modern, super clean, had all the necessary amenities, and is in the perfect location to walk to Berlin's most famous sites. Vladimir responded to my questions promptly and was a great host. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was great. The flat is close to the U-BAHN station and just 2 stops from Alexander platz. I would repeat next time in Berlin with the same property. Thanks Vladimir :)"

"El loft es espectacular. La decoración está cuidada al detalle, con un estilo moderno y muy acogedor. Es amplio, cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La ubicación no podría ser mejor: rodeado de locales, supermercados y con el transporte público justo al lado. Ideal para disfrutar de Berlín sin complicaciones. ¡Totalmente recomendable! "

"Great place to stay located in a perfect spot. Easy to get to trains within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend!"

"Agradable espacio para pasar unos días en berlin"

"Trasporte muy accesible"

"It was close to everything on Alexanderplatz. I felt safe sleeping and walking to and from the building and I was able to talk with the host clearly and easily with no worries of not being able to get a hold of her issues that had arise as me walking myself out of my apartment and was quickly able to get back in."

"We had a great time, and found Jörg a thoughtful and generous host of our family of six (across three generations). The basement apartment is close to a supermarket and a U-bahn station, and was clean and comfortable."

"Great owner, very nice and well-equipped apartment."
