We had an excellent stay at Loft 9. The apartment IS in the heart of Kreuzberg. Kreuzberg is vibrant, and that means everything is going on! Kotbusser Tor, the Ubahn station, has all sorts of humanity coming out of it's doors. Be prepared for sketchy on one corner and chic on the next. There were amazing restaurants all around us and our favourite was Safran. We loved their Persian Food and chill atmosphere. It is NOT a party restaurant, but you can find all kinds in that area. The apartment was spacious and offered everything you needed. The shower took quite a while to get hot water, and it wasn't terribly hot when it did. But, that is not a biggie for us. Our texts were answered immediately, except for the last day, to hold our baggage in the foyer, as we waited for check in to our next apartment. But, other than that, I would highly recommend Loft 9, in the Heart of Kreuzberg.

Aussicht vom Balkon - Innenhof.Lage für Aktivitäten sehr zentral.Unterkunft hätte sauberer sein können, Möbel in die Jahre gekommen.Einkaufen/ Essen gehen alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

This was my 2nd stay at this place and it was disappointing. A truly dirty area rug and badly worn sofa set the tone. Cleaning seemed cursory. An easy, targeted painting job would quickly improve the very scuffed vibe but that simply seems neglected. I tightened the shower door handle that was threatening to fall off but I couldn't do anything about the broken central heating. We made do with the noisy little room heater provided after we asked. ("Oh, is it cold?" It was cold.) We were there 10 days; would you expect some fresh towels to show up, never mind clean sheets? You would be disappointed.

Der Check In verlief Problemlos. Die Lage war super. Das Loft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte einen neuen Anstrich bekommen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Ein guter Patz

Die Wohnung war für uns beide genau richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Lage, nähe Oranienplatz. Kein Verkehrslärm, insgesamt sehr ruhig. Das einzige was wir vermissten war ein Clopapierhalter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très agréable

Apparemment agréable à Kottbussertor si on aime le quartier c’est parfait. Espace joli, transports faciles, bonne communication avec la propriétaire, propreté correcte.Nous avons passé 6 nuits à 3. Les premiers jours ça manquait un peu d’eau chaude puis elle est revenue en quantité. Il y’a un petit balcon bien agréable si on est fumeurs.

Ich war sehr überrascht wie leise es in der Wohnung trotz Lage über einer Kneipe war. Es war alles sehr gut, bis auf das WLAN das funktionierte teilweise nicht oder nur schlecht.

Altbau mit Tücken

Die Unterkunft/ Betten sind in die Jahre gekommen. Bis warmes Wasser kommt dauert es eine halbe Ewigkeit, die Toilettenspülung hängt immer wieder und auf dem Balkon befindet sich verdorrtes Unkraut in den Blumenkästen. Nur für eine Person die Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen (5 Kleiderbügel) - im Schlafzimmer lebt man aus dem Koffer auf dem Boden. Schade.

Property was everything i would expect and had previously stayed in kreuzberg, but found the area to be a little more dishelved than before . Lots of homless and drug addicts on ur door step ,so was very off putting as each day to the underground was a struggle as many beggars

Love the Neighborhood

Fantastic location for all the wonderful diversity of Kreuzberg. We stayed for 8 days but only had one extra roll of toilet paper (we bought more) and one set of towels (we requested more, but I’m sure the New Year’s holiday messed up any housekeeping availability). We had everything else we needed. The beds are very comfortable, as is the couch. We wished we could have accessed a streaming service on the tv, but we managed. Would definitely stay again.

Lots to like!

Rather spacious and inviting apartment in a lively if gritty part of town. Great essentials shopping close by as well as varied restaurants, bars and shops, and transit close at hand. All rather rough around the edges in the best of ways.

Zu empfehlen

Uns hat die Lage der Wohnung und die Wohnung selbst sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Restaurants direkt in der Strasse, auch für Veganer gibt es hier sehr leckeres zu essen. Die Sauberkeit in der Küche sollte verbessert werden und das WLAN ist leider oft sehr schwach gewesen. Man kann kostenfrei in der Nähen parken und hat eine tolle Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Außerdem ist es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Einfacher Standard

Leider hat die FeWo lediglich bzgl. der Lage unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Der Standard ist einfach, was uns nicht gestört hätte. Aber eine gründliche Reinigung des Objektes hat anscheinend länger nicht stattgefunden. Davon zeugte die Dusche - mit schwarzen Fugen und Dreckrändern an der Duschtür, ebenso wie die vorhandenen Töpfe und ein paar andere Utensilien in der Küche, die keinen besonders hygienischen Eindruck machten. Eines der frisch bezogenen Laken hatte Flecken - hätte man sehen können. Einrichtung ist Geschmacksache, uns hat die Wohnung nicht zum Wohlfühlen eingeladen. Berlin immer wieder gerne aber nicht in diesem Objekt.
