"We had a fabulous time exploring NYC. This little apartment was in the perfect location, a few blocks from Grand Central station which made taking the subway anywhere a breeze. The apartment was great, perfect for 2 people. We had a little mixup about keys but it was a minor snag. The apt isn’t high end but it has everything you need, it was quiet and in a great location"

Customer service has been very difficult to work with, no refund has been processed for 4 days and I had to pay for a different accommodation. Horrible experience after years of trusting Expedia. "

"Lovely apartment , amazing location with a subway station just across from the building. The host left water bottles, coffee and crisps which was a lovely surprise. We stayed for 3 nights ,the apartment was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. Great place to stay in the city for a couple nights! "

"Very clean, comfortable, and well appointed! My family and I slept well and enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the well-stocked coffee selection and beautiful glass mugs. There was also a convenient spot in the building to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout, so we could stay out a bit longer on our last day before returning to pick up the luggage.
