"Very niiace"

"Location was great, but the apartment listing changed after booking. Pictures were not accurate. The couch was VERY stained and gross. The rug in the living room was stained and ripped."

"The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

"This is a very unique and comfortable property. Felt like home. The neighborhood offered all the amenities within walking distance. Great communication with the owner and on-site contact. Highly recommend."

The apartment had NO toilet paper, which was not easily remedied at 9:00pm when we arrived. The final nail in the coffin was the upstairs neighbor who was doing some sort of frenzy of...

"Convenient location, friendly and informative host, great amenities, and clean accommodations! This easy access, cozy spot enhanced our already great trip, highly recommended."

"I did not receive check in procedures. One hour before check in I contacted the host and he said that the property had some plumbing issues and he needed to move me. I was not able to preview the new property. The room did not have paper towel, towels to accommodate everyone nor did he provide the wi fi code. It listed that it would have iron board and it was not included. I reached out to the host and he did not respond until 8 hours later about my concerns. I was very disappointed that I...
