"The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. "I did not receive check in procedures. One hour before check in I contacted the host and he said that the property had some plumbing issues and he needed to move me. I was not able to preview the new property. The room did not have paper towel, towels to accommodate everyone nor did he provide the wi fi code.
