"Room was not clean, carpet was wet, the room had a bad smell. Nice staff but they didn’t do anything about the water leaking. "

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "Absolutatemente lamentable.
