"Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The dining room/breakfast room is more like a cosy salon...

"The rooms are a bit tight, but really nice. A bit off center but within a 5 minute walk from town. The staff is always helpful! Next time in Vald'Isere I will definitely stay there again, they make you feel at home!"
