"6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. "Attended a wedding locally. Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very good. Unable to use the pool due to swimming lessons, were told we could only use it after 12.30pm, but we were checking out at 11am."
