"Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. "

"Overall, we would highly recommend this holiday cottage to anybody looking for a stay in the area.Upon arrival, we found the cottage to be very clean and to have all the facilities as listed. The host, Gary, was very friendly and helpful, giving tips on how best to use the oven when we arrived and making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the cottage is perfect for exploring the Snowdonia national park and most of north Wales. We were really please with the walkability to Harlech...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great as was not too far away from many of the local tourist spots. The hot tub was very much appreciated and enjoyed. Eloise was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with all the bits that we needed. "Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. "D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"Die Unterkunft war sauber, sehr gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation und der Empfang des Vermieters war außerordentlich angenehm und liebevoll. Danke dafür! Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. In der Nähe der wunderschöne Strand, Harlech samt kleinen Einkaufsläden und dem tollen Schloss und natürlich die Berge von Snowdonia. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen."

"Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit großem Garten und Zugang zum Mawddach ("a heck of a view"). Wir hatten eine super Zeit, in der nahen Umgebung gibt es einige sehr schöne Wanderungen und fantastische Strände. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, es ist ein altes Haus, aber die Technik (WLAN, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.) ist top modern.Übergaben und Kommunikation waren unkompliziert, der Gastgeber war super nett und aufmerksam, so wie praktisch alle, die wir dort getroffen...

"The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. "
