"Beeping smoke alarm which we had to sort out ourselves, kitchen door off hinges, toilet seat not fixed properly , bathroom door handle missing I do not expect to have to go searching for the electrical fuse box to turn the smoke alarms on. Location was great for our family party in Digbeth, shower was brilliant, place was clean and was quite decent apart from the issues listed above "

"All the staff was incredible, very friendly and supporting our needs. The place has an amazing dining room and bar, the atmosphere is very pleasant and it is super close to the Villa Park which makes it great."

El desayuno es correcto, nada más ni menos pero muy apreciado. Mi única queja es el tiempo de espera a la hora del check-in (habia una sola persona para servir una cola larga de gente a las 3 de la tarde) y la dificultad de encontrar un taxi un domingo por la tarde, aunque se esforzaron y al final con éxito. "The hotel is oozing of old world charm, but the location its clearly not what it was during its high day. Cathedral Square after dark can best be described as a ghetto and we took long de-tours to avoid the area, but the hotel is situated only 100 yards from the before mentioned square. Trying to smoke a cigarette outside was simply impossible due to the sometimes aggressive beggars that always floats around. A few details, such as not getting the room cleaned until 5.20pm, broken window locks...
