"Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed."

"All the staff was incredible, very friendly and supporting our needs. The place has an amazing dining room and bar, the atmosphere is very pleasant and it is super close to the Villa Park which makes it great."

"This unfortunately is not a luxury apartment at all. Whilst it is spacious the apartment needs a much needed makeover, walls are all marked, damp patches in bathroom with plaster coming off the walls. Basic furniture throughout, just a double bed in bedroom that could take a larger bed it could also benefit from a tv and side lamps and perhaps a dressing table. Bathroom with no bin, toilet roll or towel holder, leaking shower hose and dirty in places, especially the damp on the walls. Broken lid...

"I was not able to stay in this place, they had not sent me the code to access by the check in time. As such I had to pay for alternative accommodation. Do not stay here. Hotels.com should remove this place. They gave a number to call but the phone was off. "

"We couldn't stay in the Digbeth apartment and were moved to another apartment which was not in Digbeth.The check in procedure was difficult to understand,we were given a code to take to the petrol station which was 5 minutes down the road. We were given the wrong code and had to contact the property again . The apartment itself was not very clean at all especially the shower cubicles. The property had a musty smell throughout.Not impressed we would not recommed this property."
