Home was perfect for our family gathering, beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the spa, kitchen was adequately supplied with appliances, dishes, and utensils. We also enjoyed the pool table.The home was conveniently located near where our son lives and a reasonable distance from San Diego. We appreciated the nice neighborhood as well.The owner responded promptly to our questions and concerns.We did have some small issues:Some of the outdoor lights overlooking the pool area did not work.The tv in the downstairs master bedroom did not work.The home is very sparsely furnished.There were no comfortable chairs in master bedrooms for reading quietly or putting on shoes.Sofas were nice but no individual chairs in living room.Additional artwork and decor on shelves would make the home more attractive.Dressers were small and used as nightstands in some bedrooms.Regular nightstands with table lamps would have been more convenient.We know the owner purchased the property within the last year or so and is probably in the process of acquiring more furnishings and updating the window treatments.Overall, we were happy with our choices and wish the owner success as a vrbo owner.
