"All of the beds are amazing and sleep is SO important!! Thank you! This house needs major maintenance. Dishwasher and main microwave are broken. Coffee maker SUPER slow. Front door is coming off of hinges. No dish towels or wash clothes, only one roll of paper towels. The home decor is just weird. No instructions to use the hot tub. Missing knobs and drain covers in 2 showers. Moldy smell in laundry room. No where to unpack a suitcase. But all things considered we had a great time. Just needs...

"Location was perfect for our group. House was tidy. Host was not very personable. Kitchen essentials were iffy. Noticed extra spices in the cupboards and plenty of coffee pods and sugars. Loved the private driveway and views were relaxing. "

"Place was easy to check into and steps away from the main street of Julian. There is a smoky scent when you first enter but it didn't bother us at all. Will definitely here again next time we're in Julian! "

"Property was extremely pet friendly! Bungalow and common areas were well-maintained and clean. Cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was adequate. Location was not too far to amenities. About a 10-minute drive to the pier and beach/harbor area. Overall great stay!"

"This tiny home is perfect for 1-2 people. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing trip and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental!! It’s so homey and it really has everything you need for a little getaway. The kitchen is small but we packed some supplies to make cooking here easier. The hosts provided detailed instructions and communicated regularly. If you’re looking for a cozy getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough!!"
