Hot tub- never warmed up to the temp that was programmed on panel. Programmed for 104, one day it got it up to 88, the second day wouldn’t heat at all. Jets never came on, directions were outdated and hard to follow. Even when we communicated the issues, they weren’t resolved and no one came to fixWe also had to clean it ourselves and with a broken net (no pole)Pool vacuum never moved / worked.Slide - no water on it and covered with cob webs and black widow nest/ web.In general, nice big place but needs more attention. When we got there and walked around the inside. Each corridor had spider webs that you had to go thru. The places looked like it had been cleaned after last guest but no walk thru recently to do a light dusting/ get rid of spider webs. Outdoor arena was a great size but I was need of some yard work, especially around the volleyball court.Hard to play with overgrown plants on the court and hanging palms. Not enough chairs at either the indoor or outdoor tables (only 6), seems odd for such a large place.Ice maker drawer is broken and ice make didn’t always work.Over is so old and it too forever to heat. Master bed was comfy, nice bedding and huge closet and shower. Shower pressure was super low, should be adjusted. Was hard to get soap out of long hair. The place has a lot of potential but needs better up keep for the price and we shouldn’t have been charged the full amount based on not being able to use the hot tub.false advertising.
