Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Everything was spotless, organized and fully equipped! The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, basketball court, game room and all outdoor amenities were amazing! The host was welcoming and responsive. It was perfect for our extended family of 14. I would highly recommend!!

This VRBO is the best place we have stayed at. Everything from the home, basketball court, pool/jacuzzi were all so great. I would recommend everyone stay here if they are in the San Diego/Escondido area!

Beautiful Property

Our family had a great stay. Clean and comfortable inside with lots of space but the outside is where we spent most of our time. Activities galore kept both adults and kids happy! We’d book again without thought.

Perfect For Families!!

We stayed here for our family reunion. We had 17 people and we all slept comfortably! It was a perfect location. This property had so many different options for fun that we rarely left! The pool, hot tub, lawn games, volleyball court, basketball court, pickleball, game room and the over all comfort and spaciousness of the home made it a perfect place for our family reunion!

We had a great time at this property. The house is spacious and has all the amenities we needed. There are a lot of towels even ones for the pool. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, pickle ball court, basketball court, game room, we tried them all. The house is cleaned well before we came in. The host is very responsive and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful

Our time at this beautiful house was just what my family needed for a fun time together. Kids loved the heated pool, basketball court and game room. The house was beautifully equipped, clean and the hosts were great so work with. Would love to stay here again!!! Highly recommended.

A wonderful location for a family event

This is a great upscale property for a family event with members of all ages. The property management team is very communicative and helpful. Lots to do on the property and plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay

The house is wonderful, exactly as portrayed in pictures. Plenty of space for our group of 11 and more than enough to keep adults and kids entertained. Mo was incredibly responsive to any questions and resolved a couple small issues immediately, best host we’ve dealt with yet. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property for families with children.

Perfect from start to finish. Host was easy to reach and followed through with anything needed, Property is easy to use ( great instructions) , fun, private, large grounds, great amenities and atmosphere. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance large and small.

Amazing

We had our family reunion here with age range between 6 months and 70 years. It was a perfect place with lots of relaxing seating and hot tub for adults, game courts, arcade and pool for teenagers and play-n-packs, cribs and high chairs for our two youngest grandchildren. Since we were such a large group, the kitchen and two large tables were perfect for family meals. The location provided beautiful views from several areas. It was also fairly close to airport, SeaWorld, the zoo and beaches.I can't say enough good things about this property and would strongly recommend it to large family groups. Thank you so much.

wonderful experience

This home was as advertised. The property is beautiful with many fun things to do especially for young children. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The kitchen had plenty of everything that you could need. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazzzing!

This is the best house we have rented for our children and grandchildren. There were 15 of us, we had plenty of space. The home was clean, and has every essential you will need. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of games, we didn't want to leave. Will definitely be back!

Mountaintop Retreat

Great place! So many things to do. We loved the pool and all the sports courts, and a big highlight had to be the game room which was great to get out of the sun for a while, and after dark. Mo was very responsive and cooperative. The location is secluded but only a few minutes drive from shopping and dining. We had a terrific time!

Hard to be bored with so much to do!

The property was very clean and ready for family fun. It took a day to become fully comfortable with spa/pool controls and A/C use, but all functioned accordingly. Plenty of areas to spread out when needed, but also most areas were large enough to accommodate all guests at once. Plenty of retail nearby but you still have a very rural setting at the house.

Family Get Together

The house was perfect for our extended family get together of 14 people. There is an amazing amount of activities to do from the pool to the basketball court to the game room and more. There is something for everyone at this property and our family had a fantastic time. The host, Mo, is incredibly responsive and everything in the house is in great shape. We could not have picked a better property! The location was great for going to the beach, the Safari Park, and downtown San Diego.

Clean, beautiful, peaceful property. Host is responsive & proactive. There is clear communication of rules & how to operate everything in & around the house. Perfect house for a family. Heated pool was a beneficial option for the cool & rainy days. Best house we've rented in SoCal area.

SO MUCH FUN!

Had the best time enjoying our family with the fabulous pool, corn hole, fire pit, pool table and full size basketball court with lowering hoops! Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and communal areas spacious. Kitchen fully stocked with extra refrig!! There were two pack and plays as well. If youre looking for a place for fun for all ages without having to leave., this is it!
