"My family and I returned home from our vacation at The Perch this past Saturday. It was absolutely lovely. Our hosts we very organized and timely in their communications and they set a level of expectation that they more than achieved. Upon arrival we found all kinds of little touches that warmed our hearts. The cottage is clean and very well stocked. I mean WELL STOCKED. It is sadly very rare to rent a cottage and find pots and pans that are not warped or furniture that smells of a curbside....

The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfect for hanging out and watching a movie. What really makes this property are all the different outdoor spaces. The upper deck was ideal for morning coffee and after dinner lounging. The waterfront was outstanding, with excellent swimming...
