"I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice."

"Great location within walking distance to restaurants and breweries in RiNo. The condo was perfect for our group with a nice living area, comfy beds, and good size bathrooms. The host was great with communication and check-in was a breeze. The parking space in the garage righ next door was really convenient and it was great to have an enclosed space guaranteed. This spot is perfect for anyone exploring RiNo or downtown."

"This was an easy reservation made so by the host. The property was spotless, in a great location, and perfectly appointed as described. I would recommend staying here for 1-2 persons, though I think the couch is a pull-out if the host allows for up-to-4 people. Appliances and amenities were top notch!"

"We had a great stay during our week in Denver. The hosts were very responsive when we realized there was not a hairdryer in the unit. They arranged for same day delivery of a hairdryer, which was greatly appreciated. We had a car that did not fit in the garage, however, nearby street parking in the neighborhood was easy for overnight parking. The view from the majority of the windows overlook the park, which was lovely, and we took daily walks around the “lake”as well. The location of the Vrbo...
