"Beautiful property, very nice escape for a few days. I will note that the cabin is definitely a bit tighter than expected, but nothing that can't be managed. The heaters are genuinely such a comfort, especially in the bathroom. It does look like the wood ceiling is warping a little bit, freaked my partner and I out for a minute, but nothing to be concerned about, I don't think. Overall, very easy stay, little in the way of complaints. If you book through a third party, I don't believe the rental...

"The amenities were great! The cabin itself was cozy and clean, with everything you could possibly need for a staycation. Paul and Michelle set everything up, including filling the coffee machine with water and lining the oven with tinfoil—and it’s small things like that that matter. The location itself is also very convenient, would recommend this place to others for sure "

"The term they use rustic at least our definition that we looked up, says in the mountains are back in nature which you are in a cabin on the side of a lake, but you’re in the middle of a town Covington and you have other cabins or neighbors a lot of people live full-time there you could throw a stone at and hit on either side. "Everything about our trip was great! The hosts were very responsive, and when some of the amenities weren't available at our property, we were able to change our reservation to the other (Huckleberry House). The details and decor were international and contributed to the relaxing feel, and you can't beat the gorgeous views! I highly recommend the sauna and cold plunge to cap off the experience. My husband and I would definitely stay on the propery again. "
