Florida get away with a country feel

The property is just as pictured. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. You do feel like you're out in the country and not in the hustle city. You're 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches. It was a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas and the new year!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood in East Englewood

Property was clean and neat and well equipped with cleansers, paper products,etc. to get us started on our stay. Pool was a perfect size and comfortable. Nice outside eating and sitting area added a lot to our renjoyment.

Wonderful Experience

I enjoyed the stay with my dogs. The house had everything I needed. The pool area was comfortable and relaxing. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The house was close to the beaches and all kinds of entertainment. I will stay here again. Thanks Carolyn for accommodating my dogs!

Wonderful holiday stay!

My family and I spent a lovely vacation week at this beautiful home. The pictures don’t even do it justice- it’s even nicer in person- very clean, open space and lovely. The backyard and pool are beautiful and very private and quiet. The home has everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, close to beaches and restaurants. The owner was wonderful and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and we miss it already!

Perfect location for a vacation near beaches

Pictures of property reflect perfectly the property. What you see is true, so believe what you are seeing. Perfectly set up for a couples get away or small family vacation. All you need is a suitcase, swimsuit and desire to spend your vacation either pool side or a quick trip to the beaches. All other needed items are in home. Towels are plentiful. Beach items are provided for use. Street/neighborhood is quiet and you will be able to see plenty of stars in the sky at night.

Relaxing in paradise

My best friend of 45 years joined me to spend a week at the property. Everything was clean and even nicer then pictures. Just loved the pool. Carolyn is such a wonderful person. I enjoyed our one on one conversations. I would definitely tell anyone going to that area to stay at her property. Thank you Carolyn for being part of a wonderful reunion for myself and my sister/friend!

Great place and great neighborhood

Our stay was great. This was the first time we used Vrbo. The check in process was easy and when we arrived at the house we were amazed at how nice it was. If we come back to this area will definitely look to see if it is available.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath home w/pool. Host is exceptional.

Gorgeous 3 bedroom home w/lanai enclosed pool. Outdoor grill, garage, beach supplies, dishwasher, nice kitchen. Our host was only a text away. She was courteous and fixed any issues quickly. Ran out of propane for the grill and a new tank was delivery within the hour. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook meals which we did. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Home away from home

This place was absolutely amazing! Carolyn made us feel right at home. Her siblings were so accommodating as well as they take care of property management since they live near by. Beautiful outdoor area to eat dinner and/or swim. The beach is extremely close and beautiful. We cannot wait to return!

There’s no reason to hesitate when booking this property. They house is tidy, clean and cozy. I love the themes of each room, everything is very nicely decorated. The owner is amazing at communication, so no worries there. The house with its lovely pool is perfect for staying in. But if you want to be outside, it is close to some of the best beaches, fossil hunting (my favorite), shopping, a state park, and only 90min from Sanibel Island. I can think of no reason to not stay here.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed the location and the ability to walk our dog on quiet streets. The house was well maintained and clean. The beaches are close enough to enjoy. A good pick if the corona virus hadn’t interfered and cut our stay short. There was plenty of room for guests ( who ended up not coming because of the unusual circumstances we are in right now. ) Owner was very understanding and so was VRBO from whom we received a refund. Thank you.

Great Month in the Sun

This was truly a wonderful find. The home was complete with everything we needed for our stay. The lani was just great!! Carolyn's brother, David, who is the go to person if any problems, stopped by a few time to be sure we were having a good time and that all was well. Over all a great stay!!!!

Great Spring Break

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for the four of us. Clean, well stocked and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. The house is 10 minutes from the beach and just off 41, so it's convenient to shopping and restaurants.
