4 Br Englewood Home W/ Pool & Boat Dock --with upstairs and downstairs kitchens

we prefer a 30 day minimum april to december- but we will consider shorter stays.
Please note- we have a 90 day minimum stay january 1 to march 31.

Relax and enjoy the florida sunshine in beautiful englewood ! The upper floor has 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch layout with vaulted ceilings and skylights! The master suite is at one end of the home with a private sliding glass door to a wrap around deck. The master suite has a king size bed, large walk-in closet and bathroom. The deck overlooks the pool and Ainger Creek. At the other end of the upper floor are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds.
The kitchen has a bar with stools, or you can eat at the formal dining area, or eat outside in the screened in dining room in the upper deck with room for 6. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have sliding glass doors that go out to the wrap around upper deck.The upstairs has 4 big sliding glass doors that lets a wonderful gulf breeze thru the home with plenty of light. The upstairs has large skylight.
THIS HOME HAS 2 FULL KITCHENS.The upstairs and downstairs kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. The living room has a nice Tommy Bahama feel and the family room has comfy furniture and a new 46 inch flat screen TV. There is a formal dining room with a table for 6. The lower level is a self contained living space with one bedroom, bath, full kitchen, full size refrigerator, stove and plenty of cabinet space. The downstairs living room has a new 46 inch wide screen led TV. The downstairs has 4 six foot sliding glass doors. Two of the doors open to the pool area.
The downstairs has a living room with tv, a bedroom and full bathroom. The pool has a covered patio with a small bar and is completely screened in. This canal home has a boat dock.
Very short drive to the beaches, shopping and fine dining by car or boat! The pool is solar heated and is maintained by a pool company. This is a large home with plenty of room for privacy. Great views off the upper decks and from the pool! Quiet end of cul de sac location with nice neighbors.
we need a 90 day stay minimum in season january to march. We will consider well behaved pets.
