The home is well-stocked and ideally located between the public beach and Stump Pass State Park on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Stumpy’s “free golf cart ride” stops at the home for island transportation.

Discover the wonders of Stump Pass Park, where you can explore 265 acres of sandy trails, boating, and pristine beaches. Encounter diverse wildlife including herons, pelicans, and dolphins. Don't miss the sea turtle nests coming alive with hatchlings from May 1 to October 31.

Fossilized shark's teeth are a favorite find for beachcombers, and you'll find many among the shells. Snorkel in the clear water for sand dollars and tropical treasures. Set up your umbrella and enjoy peaceful sunsets undisturbed, away from the public beach.
