"Everything about this place was just perfect! The location is brilliant, close to the hustle of Englewood beach and a skip from the nature/splendor of Stump Pass, with bikes SUPs and kyacks to get you from one spot to another. The home owners were exceptionally responsive and the space was so thoughtfully equipped from beach gear to the finer details like travel size shampoos and extras. Most impressive to the foodie-the kitchen utilities were top notch, knives were sharp, quality pots and pans...

"My husband and I spent 40 nights at this cottage. We had an overall good experience. This quaint old place was clean with the exception of a few ants. The appliances, including air conditioning (and heat) all worked. The unit had some broken blinds in the smaller bedroom. I mentioned this via text to our host Allen when we first arrived. He responded that the property manager Olivia was probably aware. We purchased a shower curtain and tacked it up so our guests had privacy. The road is very...

"The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front."
