It was perfect for our needs, we were only staying a few days and did not plan to cook, other than a quick breakfast. The location is ideal for those wanting to be near the beach, it is an easy walk to the main access of Siesta Beach. The inside was clean and simple to access, once we realized the key lock box was on the back door and not the front. There was not much in the kitchen for cooking with but that was not important to us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful property with an excellent location! Beach access was across the street and the trolley pick-up was at the end of the block. The village was within walking distance as well. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer is located right outside of the unit and beach chairs and a cooler were provided. We look forward to booking this property again in the future!

Perfect Beach Retreat

my friends and I traveled from across the country to meet for our annual “girls” trip. Location is amazing. You can walk to the beach, you can rent cabanas and there are lounge chairs for your use. The pool is sparkling and the trolley stop is right outside the property entrance. I just love Siesta key and this is a wonderful place to get away from it all, but have easy access to all of the fun and shopping.

Perfect location, decription isnt correct

The location and cleanliness was top notch. I would recomend to stay there.The description needs to be updated. It says the place has a murphy Bed. It doesn't. It has a blow up.matress.for the 3rd bed. That was a problem since i need 3 actual beds. I had 1 couple and two friends that didnt share a bed. The description made that not be a problem but it was a problem.. Other then the bed situation in the description it was very good. The description of any place is super important. That needs to be fixed asap.

Location, Location, Location

The location was phenominal...however the A/C did not function correclty so we woukd wake up at 4AM sweated down and 85 degrees. There is definitely is an electrical issue the lights would frequently flicker and dim even without bad weather. Lastly the host never responded when there was a leak in the living room that required all the towels in the rental to contain. So when it rains, you have buckets of water leaking from a beam in the ceiling. The rental itself is in shambles, but the location is prime. Oh and one of the beds felt like a half deflated air matress.

2-weeks at the Bungalow

The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.

Good Siesta Key Location

The property was as described. Very close to the beach. Had everything we needed but the refrigerator was not very cold and the freezer did not freeze ice in 3 days. Beds were comfortable.

The most amazing location. We did have a roof leak due to some really heavy rains. They came and checked on it quickly. I would recommend new mattresses but that is the only thing. Very budget friendly and you cannot beat the location.

Perfect place for enjoying the beach and village

At the last minute, my son decided he wanted to celebrate his 21st at his fav vacay spot: Siesta Key (well, SK Village #iykyk). Found the perfect rental for the couple of nights we’d be there and it was just a short walk to all the fun spots! I would definitely rent again via Rent Siesta Key!

Property was wonderfully located across the street from an amazing white sandy beach. Restaurants on the beach were within walking distance. Property was updated and clean. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Beach front condo review

It was a very great location to stay. A bit pricey for only staying two days but you are right across the beach and only 15-20 minute walk from the main strip. Easy check in and check out with no contact needed to get in or out which is nice for anti social people. I really enjoyed this place overall!

Spring Break

Great location. Place desperately needs cleaned !! Floors are filthy, doors are worse. Extra construction materials and paint cans using up space in bedroom closets as well as under the bed. Time on vacation is precious, the property manager does not know the property details very well. Should be able to tell us the type of coffee maker, which consumables are provided etc—instead it was all “wait and see”.
