Me alegra que haya disfrutado de su estadía, por lo que no estamos limpiando las habitaciones de estancia, pero reanudaremos este servicio en el futuro una vez que sea más seguro hacerlo.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located for us. Check-in was easy and our request for a high floor was easily accommodated. The night we stayed there were two events at the hotel — a bridal shower and a college semi-formal. So being away from the loud noise was appreciated. The room was a good size but the sofa bed was really small (a twin) and very uncomfortable. Despite being on top floor, we could hear the loud music from the events downstairs. That night there also was a fire and we had to evacuate. Upon our return and checkout the following morning nobody even asked how was our stay or apologized for the inconvenience the night before. Even a small gesture like comping us for some water or snacks we got after waiting outside in our car during the evacuation, would have been nice and, frankly, expected.

This was a very nice hotel stay. I would've given a better rating had my bonvey marriot points applied to my account like the receptionist said it would. However, I did not receive points for either nights stay.

Stayed in better, certainly stayed in worse. Staff was nice. Room smelled of the funk though. Bed was comfy, bathroom wasn’t bad.

We had a major problem housekeeping didn’t clean our room 2 different days. Had to get towels and stuff from the front desk. Finally one of the managers finally got them doing it. Also they charged us $7.00 a day for parking even in the handicapped parking area. Never had this happen anywhere before. Would not stay there again

As they say first impression last. My first night at the property around 11pm I was very tired after my flight only to realize when I was ready to lay down that the sheets on my bed was dirty. I was very disappointed and to make it worst this was very First stay at a Marriott Resort.

We arrived after midnight and were told we had to wait 30 minutes for an "audit" to complete. Needless to say, after 10 hours in the car with two kids we weren't impressed - especially with the clerk who told us we should have arrived earlier and that it was our fault.
