Getaway at Victor

We did enjoy our stay. However the property is more suited to family stays than 2 couples, mainly because the second 'bathroom' facility is located outside, and not entirely adequate. Also there is no designated parking area for a second car, and there was no BBQ to give the girls a break from cooking!

Breathing space for a few days

Very quiet and comfortable with relaxing sea views. Just what was needed. ps. contact with the property manager was immediate when unforeseen power continued to be out after planned maintenance, which we were advised of. Very professional. Not the property issue. Happy.

Pleasant apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was ideal, great sea view and close to a favourite pizza and curry eatery. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. While it didn't apply we noticed the thoughtful display of children's toys and can imagine they are a bit hit when a young family is staying.However as 2 couples staying we felt the 2nd shower room and toilet left a lot to be desired.The bathroom and inside toilet were a good standard, but the "outside" facilities are much in need of repairs and maintenance. As 2 couples looking for a few days away we wouldn't stay there again however we're happy to recommend this apartment to anyone who don't necessarily require a 2nd functional bathroom.

Wonder view and great apartment

We had a fabulous time. The apartment met all our needs and the extra bathroom and toilet just outside the backdoor was a bonus. No noisy neighbours and it was a real holiday with friends. Three of us sharing the bill for 3 nights made it affordable but I could not afford it as a single person or even 2 friends would be still out of my budget range. Loved the place and highly recommend it.

Great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Was quiet and not far from the township but also close to several restaurants and a shop. Apartment was very comfortable and good size. Will stay again, thankyou.

Great Accomodation in encounter bay

Great ocean view

The ocean view is great. We use to stay at Unit 4 some 9 years ago and we really enjoyed, therefore I booked again, but unit 3 is not as good. The single mattress needs changing, was collapsing. No dishwasher. Average unit. I would renovate completely. Needs a good clean, esspecially in the corners and under the beds. Not value for money. Won't stay there anymore.

Great views, perfect holiday house!

This place far exceeded our expectations. It was great value for money. The views are incredible. It was perfect for our family of four, being within walking distance of the main street, cafes, shops. Highly recommend.
