This unit makes me not want to book with vrbo again. When you see a vrbo ad, you're given the impression that you'll be enjoying your stay in a distinct home. That you could even check in a little early. In this case, we had a 1st floor unit where the upstairs tenent sounded like they were walking elephants upstairs. We could hear their tv. The unit itself isnt maintained. Of 5 dining chais, 3 were broken, all were dirty. The bathroom mirror sits on the floor where its fallen from the wall. The water filter in the fridge needs replacing. When i pointed these things out to the mgmt company, they offered to send a handyman. Why would I want a handyman working on my place while trying to enjoy my vacation. These are items they should be proactively taking care of.
