"Very convenient location to food, beach, activities, etc (just 30min from San Diego airport). Host was very clear with communications and directions for getting into the unit. No keys needed due to key code access for building and unit. Secure parking in garage of building. Property was very clean (a top priority for me). Top floor unit, so very quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future! "

"Beau was great, very helpful. Everything was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom remodel was very nice. We were not used to small spaces, so arranging suitcases took a bit of effort. Most negative for us was the lack of air conditioning."

"Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work.
