"Our stay was lovely. Cute one story home on second floor. All the linen smelled very clean and fresh. Very spacious. It is older than what it seems in the pics but that’s ok. Joe was a great host, made everything super easy for us. He even let us check in early on day of arrival. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This Encinitas property was a great find. Everything was as described and it was a wonderful accommodation as respite from our remodel at home. Our host let us know he was very available as needed. "The home has a beautiful cliff view of the ocean and we were entertained by watching the surfers. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy and in low 60's and the ocean even colder, so the hot tub came in very handy. However, we still enjoyed our time. Would definitely stay again."

"My biggest issue was with our hot tub. It didn’t have any chemicals for maintenance, so we were only able to use it once before it looked cloudy and had a smell.The house was spacious. Decent location. "

"Warren and his family welcomed my boyfriend, dog, and I to stay at his amazingly located property. Perfect location - right next to Moonlight beach and downtown Encinitas. Barley drove our vehicle since everything we needed/wanted to explore was within walking distance. Warren was available to help with anything we needed. "The property owner was great - beyond responsive to our needs! The place was clean and comfortable and the yard is huge. This place is perfect for families with young children or teens....there is even a game room with foosball and more. Oh, and dogs would be in heaven with the big fenced in yard!! It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and to all of the shops and restaurants you could possibly want! Heat and AC both work great.... No complaints I can think of all the way around."

"Host is really responsive. Inside of place is really nice BUT you are right off of the highway and it’s loud. Bedrooms are in back of house so it’s actually fine in back, but front of house is loud. Again, very well kept though. It’s really a short ride to the beach and you’re right off the highway so if you’re just looking for a place to crash this is a great place. Driveway is also incredibly steep. So it all depends on what you’re expecting and looking for. It worked well for us."

"Truly appreciated the openness inside for containing the kiddos when we needed time to relax. I loved the outdoor space being fully enclosed for the same reason! Photos definitely are not indicative of the state of the home though - the place is more run down than it seems and the photos are definitely taken on wide angle, especially on the room with the bunk bed.
