"The reception was extremely helpful with all our queries even before we got to the property and really helped make sure we had a comfortable stay. The apartment came with amazing views and the basic necessities. The pool was a very nice size and kept clean for us to enjoy. We also booked a horse riding lesson which was with a great instructor and I’d highly recommend a ride if you have the time. Thanks for the hospitality! "

"Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum verweilen. Hier kann man wortwörtlich die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir würden mehr als 5 Sterne geben, wenn wir könnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es ist wahnsinnig liebevoll mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtet. Dazu ist der Pool mit der Aussicht einfach das I-Tüpfelchen oben drauf. Auch ist Marilia eine wahnsinnig zu vorkommende Persönlichkeit. Wir haben uns durch ihre liebevolle Art und Weise gleich wohl gefühlt. Auch hat sie sich Zeit genommen...

Wir haben von der Unterkunft Ausflüge nach San Gimignano, Siena und Voltera gemacht.Der Pool ist super schön. Wir können das Appartement zu 100% weiterempfehlen."

"The property was great particularly the outdoor areas and pool with plenty of big tables, pool lounges etc. We booked the whole property and so had all of the separate parts. Each room or set of rooms had their own kitchen and sitting area. This meant there wasn’t a big kitchen/sitting room for all 10 of us. "Marilia was a gem. She cooked us a delicious dinner the day we arrived. She arranged for a cooking class on site and connected us with a driver for our day trips. She went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The house was built in 1050 BC and was a treasure to stay in. Many features have been left when modernizing. The cellar is original and a great place to visit or eat while you are there. The views are spectacular. We cannot recommend this house enough!"

"Nuestra experiencia no pudo ser mejor. El recibimiento por parte de Cinzia y su hermana fue de una gran cordialidad y simpatía. La casa es tal y como aparece en las fotografías: decoración rústica y muy bien equipada. El entorno es tal y como te imaginas que va a ser LaToscana. El enclave es perfecto para visitar toda la región. Nosotros en 9 días pudimos visitar Florencia, los pueblos del Chianti, San Gimignano, el Val d’Orcia, Siena, Pisa, Lucca y Arezzo. "Es har uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Pool ist fantastisch, die Terasse wunderbar. Die Betreuung durch Roberto immer nett und sehr zeitnah.Wir würden uns für die Zukunft über Auflagen für die Liegen an der Wohnung freuen. Falls irgendwann mal die Matratze im Doppelbett getauscht würde, wären zwei einzelne Matratzen besser. Dann wird man nicht wach, wenn die andere Person sich dreht oder aufsteht."

"This was a perfect location for our girls trip in Tuscany. Beautiful country views in a quiet setting. Very convient location to make day trips thru Tuscany but would definitely recommend you rent a car to do this. "Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. "The property was great. We were 6 adults and one big dog. It was perfect. I would suggest to have a car to get around easily. Roberto and his mom are delightful and very friendly.The pool is big and offers lots of opportunity to play and swim. The barbecue space is very nice. From the property you are quickly in Siena, San Gimigiano, Pisa or Florence. The kitchen is greatly equipped and provides all you need. We will most likely be back if we decide to spend some time in Tuscany."
