"The only place we stay at in Pretoria. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, parking is safe, and there are lots of restaurant and shopping options within a few feet. We tried the hotel restaurant for the first time and were less than impressed. The food wasn't good and neither was the service. We probably won't eat there again. Other than that everything is great. Shout out to the parking security team who always remember us and treat us like family!"

"We were welcomed at the gate and taken to the reception desk by one of their very helpful & friendly employees. We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. We were escorted to our room shortly after and given a brief walkthrough to show us how everything worked, which keys are for which door, etc. There is a booklet...

"We were treated like royalty by the owners, the staff is excellent and very attentive and helpful, the property is wonderful, like a museum, with the most exquisite paintings and other works of art, a beautiful garden and swimming pool, the breakfast is outstanding, the location is perfect, quiet, safe and close to Brooklyn Mall and restaurants. It´s one of the best guest houses we ever stayed anywhere in the world. We strongly recommend it. Jose Roberto and Ilse Procopiak"

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place."
