"House itself was very good. It was very safe as it was inside a residential area.Stay was comfortable and ample room was there to fit 12 people. However, pool wsa the main attration for us and it was show cased on the VRBO ad. Pool was not open. I would not have spend that much money just for staying. With the multiple pool photos, it felt like a resort with a pool. Without the pools that it was just a home without anything special - neither a scenic backyard nor with a pool. "

"This property was a home away from home. Pictures are accurate it is clean, there are some stains in the master bedroom carpet, and the shower handle is hard to turn off, but otherwise absolutely great location, nice outdoor area and back, and very cozy and comfortable. "

However, listing claimed there was a "Twin Murphy Bed" when the second bed was actually a short couch that flattened down and was quite hard and uncomfortable. There was also a military base nearby, from which gunshots could be heard in the middle of the night. The kitchen is very minimal, expect to run to the store for cooking necessities, pool towels, and beach chairs if you have more than 2 people staying at the property. I can see how it would be a great place to stay with kids. "
